Wow!! What a month January was! The month started off with the recording of two new songs: "Dukes of New York" and "Neo-Classical Gas". The latter song has Joe Stump trading solos with Sean. Then The second "Guitar Player" magazine article on Sean in a year came out. Lastly, NAMM!! That was AWESOME!! Thanks to EVERYONE at VooDoo amps for having me out there. Great times indeed. Hi everyone,
We have a busy slate ahead of us, and I'd like to get ya all caught up to speed. First off, It pains me to announce that my partner in crime Alfredo Riojas has been asked to leave the band. Al is getting his personal/professinal life in order and cannot be present with us at this time. So, we have deceided to go on without him, and replace him with a great friend and guitarist...Cmak Ashanti.
Cmak is a MONSTER guitarist, and we're very excited to have him reak havoc with us. The Febuary issue of Guitar Player magazine is out NOW!! The Febuary issue features a write up on Sean. This is Sean's second article in Guitar Player in the past year!!
Sean and Cmak will be performing at this years NAMM show in California. They will be playing LOUD guitar at the VooDoo amps booth. Stop by and say "hey".
We also will be in the studio this weekend ,recording two more songs...."Dukes of New York" and "Neo-Classical Gas"

Well, I guess we're at the end of another year!! Man, they seem to really quick don't they?? Anyways, sorry for so long in between this and the last bit of news..... Sean will be featured in the Febuary 2007 issue of Guitar Player magazine!! This marks the second time in a year that Sean has graced the pages of this wonderful magazine. Thanks go out to Michael Molenda, who is the editor at Guitar Player mag. Also, Sean will be appearing at the 2007 NAMM convention in California. Happy Halloween!! Just completed work on the new song "Neo-Classical Gas" for the new cd. This is the song that will have guest guitarist Joe Stump playing on it!! Speaking of THE shred Lord, we will be playing another show with Stump at this years Holiday Shredfest at Montage Hall in Rochester, New York on November 11, 2006. We are looking forward to playing new songs for the Rochester crowd. Later in November we hope to be in the studio laying down four new tracks. ROCK!! September 17, 2006
Hi Everyone!!
We will be playing two shows in the next two weekends, both of which should be a fun time. This coming Saturday is the Fifth Annual Moose-a-Poluza. The show starts around noon, with S.B.O going on around 3:00 in the afternoon. Many kick-ass Detroit bands including Mindcandy,and Ray Street Park will be playin as well. The following Saturday we will be at The I-Rock in Detroit for a headlining show with local support from Tyranny. This is the show that would've been us opening for Micheal Schenker had he not freaked out again!! Three more new songs being recorded in October. Titles include: "Dukes of New York", "Neo-Classical Gas", and "Mike Varney's Mexican Vacation". Hope to see ya soon.... August 7, 2006
Just wanted to say Thank You to all the great people that showed up this past Saturday night at the Token Lounge. We had a blast!! Great music from Underland, Generation Zero, and Belmont. Long time no see....
Busy, Busy, Busy!! More shows added, new songs being written, and getting ready for a show at the Token Lounge on August 5th. A couple more shows added including opening up for Michael Schenker at I-Rock in Detroit. Also a slot with our friends Ray Street Park, at MacGregors. Bruce Bouillet was in the studio with us this past week, and things are coming together nicely. Stick around people, there is more to come.... June 6, 2006
New show added to the tour page, August 5, 2006 at the Token Lounge in Westland, Michigan. This is a "Beat the Train" sponsered show. We will be playing with a kick-ass band from Detroit named Generation Zero. We are looking forward to playing this show, as it should be a great night for music with a couple of other bands to be added at a later date. Stay tuned....

It's been crazy busy over here!! We are working on pre-production on a couple more tunes. We will be back in the studio in the coming weeks to lay down three more tracks for the new cd!! That will be put us at nine songs done!! Also, Sean and Alfie are preparing to invade Rochester, New York on June 9th, for our third Shredfest!! Sean and Al will also be heading over to VooDoo Amps new digs in Ithaca. Should be fun!! Guitar Wars was a huge success!! We played with some unreal talent and had a blast doing it. Special thanks go out to Steve Bauer and Bob Stewie from "The Acadamy of Shred", our bruddah Daryl Grass, Rob Montgomery, Jane Evil, Allen Jonez, our friends in the sick-ass band Enertia, shredder Matt Mills, and the very talented Randy McStine. Most importantly, we would like to thank the fans that show up to see us everytime we land in New York. Rochester is our home away from home!! See ya in June?? Been real busy around here.... Sean and Alfie have returned from recording out in Los Angeles. Another tune done for S.B.O 2!! Now, we prepare to invade Rochester, New York for the "Guitar Wars" show on April 8, 2006. We are looking forward to playing this show, and seeing all of our friends out there. We would like to thank Ray Street Park and all the people who came out to The Trolley Stop, for a great time at last night's show. Terry Martin, bassist from Ray Street Park, came onstage and played a killa version of "Buttah Fingerz" with us. A great time was had by everyone. Hope to do it again soon. Sean and Alfie will be out in Hollywood from March 23-28 to record some tracks for the next S.B.O cd. They will be recording tracks at Bruce Bouillet's new studio. Bouillet mixed the first S.B.O cd, and is slated to mix the new cd as well. March 3, 2006

Had a great time this past Thursday at the Sabrina Black benefit at the Emerald Theater in Mt. Clemens. A great time it was. Thanks to Steve Black, Brian Schram Band, Ray Street Park, Paul Kramer, and everyone from WRIF 101.1 fm. We have added two shows for next weekend Febuary 24-25 at the Dawg House in Clinton Township. Sean has been asked to play alongside Steve Black, Paul Kramer, and the Brian Schram Band at this years "Sabrina Black Benefit". The show takes place on Febuary 16, 2006 at the Emerald Theater in Mount Clemens. This is a huge honor to play with these guys and at this show.
